How it Works
Thank you for your interest in hiring with Opportunity Center-Easterseals! Your first step is to have a conversation with our team. We’ll find out more about your company and hiring needs, then train and prepare employees that fit your business and labor needs well.
We work individually with each prospective employee to prepare them for the workplace with vocational rehabilitation training and to ensure they’re a good match for your work. Then, we’ll help with the onboarding process to make sure everything runs smoothly. We’ll only refer employees who are ready for the next step: retaining a job.
